Noodles cake

ingredients :

  1. 1/2 packet noodles  
  2. 3 tbsp corn flour  
  3. 3 chopped tomatoes  
  4. 2 bunch spinach  
  5. 1 cup grated cheese
  6.   3 cup cream   
  7. salt to taste  
  8. Black pepper powder 
  9. Basil leaves 
  10. Mushroom

preparation method

  1. Boil water in a wok and add noodles to it.
  2. Add cooking oil and salt to taste .  
  3. After it is boiled strain the noodles and keep aside. 
  4. In a separate bowl , add corn flour and add tomatoes , finely chopped spinach , grated cheese and cream.  Now mix well. 
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.  
  6. Now, mix in the strained noodles and mix.
  7. Grease a round baking tin with butter and pur this mixture in it. Garnish it with some mushroom.
  8. Now, bake it in a preheated oven at 180*C for ..30 - 35 minutes.  
  9. Remove and flip. 
  10. Now flip back to the other side again. 
  11. Now garnish with basil leaves and serve.
